We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
 
After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

Why aren't there many products?

At the start of our journey building this brand, we wanted to do everything... We realized that this only complicated things. While our goal is to eventually provide a vast array of apparel, outdoor gear, fitness gear, survival gear, tactical gear, etc., we identified this should be a goal and not a starting point.
 
So, as time goes on, we will add more products as the business grows. We also hope this creates a long, meaningful relationship with our customers who support us along the way and grow with us throughout the adventure!

How do I get my 10% occupational discount?

We are in the works of going through a verification system with ID.me. This will help us verify our customers who qualify for the 'Occupational Discount'. If you currently qualify as one of the identified professions:
 
- Military (Active, National Guard, Reserve, Retired, and yes... you too Space Force Guardians!)
- First Responders
- Federal Employees
- Teachers
- Professors
